Estate gardener • Ottawa County, Ohio

We are recruiting: we are hiring an estate gardener in Ottawa County, Ohio. The role involves: • Dig over and turn the soil and prepare seedbeds • Operate strimmers, leaf blowers and brush cutters • Sharpen, clean and oil hand tools and mower blades • Plant seasonal bedding plants, bulbs and saplings Ideal candidate: • Valid driving licence for travel between sites • Pesticide spraying certificate (PA1/PA6) an advantage • Good knowledge of common plants, shrubs and seasonal planting Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. We offer $3,300 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
