Pastry baker — Pike County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a pastry baker in Pike County, Kentucky. You will be based at a busy bakery. On a typical shift you will keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials. What we are looking for: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen 3+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
