Immediate opening: garden maintenance worker (Pennsylvania)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a garden maintenance worker in Greene County, Pennsylvania. Your main tasks: • Repot nursery stock and pot on cuttings • Mow and edge lawns with petrol and ride-on mowers • Prune hedges, shrubs and ornamental trees with secateurs and hedge trimmers • Check and adjust sprinkler timers and irrigation heads • Water beds and lawns and set up drip irrigation lines • Plant seasonal bedding plants, bulbs and saplings What we are looking for: • Good knowledge of common plants, shrubs and seasonal planting • Pesticide spraying certificate (PA1/PA6) an advantage • An eye for detail and a tidy, well-kept finish $3,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
