Earthmoving equipment operator • Martin County, Minnesota

We are recruiting: we are hiring an earthmoving equipment operator in Martin County, Minnesota. The role involves strip and stockpile topsoil ready for reuse; track the machine on and off low-loaders for transport; swap buckets and attachments — rock breaker, grab, ripper, auger; backfill trenches and compact the fill in layers; carry out daily greasing and check hydraulic oil, coolant and fuel levels. Ideal candidate: • Reliable, punctual and able to get to site • Sound understanding of daily maintenance and greasing • Able to read drawings, setting-out pegs and level pegs Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
