Immediate opening: we are hiring a gas appliance installer in Delaware County, Pennsylvania. The job is in a gas distribution network. Ideal candidate: • Clean, methodical and safety-conscious • Valid gas fitter's licence and Gas Safe (or local) registration On a typical shift you will braze copper gas lines and weld carbon-steel pipe joints; thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant; locate and repair gas leaks and replace corroded pipe sections; complete gas safety certificates and label the finished installation; install gas meters, regulators and isolation valves. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
