We are recruiting: we are hiring a natural gas fitter in Livingston County, Illinois. Your main tasks: • Locate and repair gas leaks and replace corroded pipe sections • Install gas meters, regulators and isolation valves • Fit flexible connection hoses and bayonet fittings to the appliances • Complete gas safety certificates and label the finished installation Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for lifting pipe, meters and cylinders • Able to read isometric and site drawings • Valid gas fitter's licence and Gas Safe (or local) registration Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
