Shuttering and concrete hand • Atkinson County, Georgia

We are recruiting: we are hiring a shuttering and concrete hand in Atkinson County, Georgia. The job is at a precast concrete yard. The role involves mix concrete to the specified grade (M15, M20, M25) by hand or in a mixer; compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing; patch honeycombs and tie-rod holes with non-shrink grout; erect and align timber and steel shuttering before each pour. Requirements: • Hands-on with poker vibrators, power floats and concrete mixers • 2+ years on RCC and concreting works • Able to work to tight pour schedules and night pours Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. We offer $3,000 per month plus benefits. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
