The role involves mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code; apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun; compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss; apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour. Ideal candidate: • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners 3+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off.
