Aluminium and glass installer — Grundy County

Great opportunity: we are hiring an aluminium and glass installer in Grundy County, Illinois. The job is in a mirror and glass showroom. Your main tasks: • Install mirrors, shower screens and glass balustrades • Fit double-glazed sealed units into frames • Glaze shopfronts, curtain walls and glass partitions • Seal joints with a silicone gun and tool off a neat bead • Apply putty, silicone and glazing tape to bed the glass • Replace cracked or broken window panes Ideal candidate: • Confident handling and lifting heavy glass panes • Proven experience as a glazier or glass fitter • Skilled with silicone guns, putty and glazing tools 2+ years on the tools preferred.
