Immediate opening: we are hiring a heavy equipment operator in Kuje, Federal Capital Territory. What we are looking for: • Good awareness of underground services and exclusion zones • Physically fit for long hours in the cab on outdoor sites The role involves: • Swap buckets and attachments — rock breaker, grab, ripper, auger • Lift and place pipes, manholes and precast sections with the bucket and chains • Grade, level and batter slopes to the required gradient • Work to laser, GPS or 2D/3D machine-control guidance • Work safely around buried services with a banksman or spotter At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
