What we are looking for: • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases On a typical shift you will keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure; press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching; fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press; give each garment a final press before packing; spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts; check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots.
