Captain waiter — County of Ceredigion

Now hiring: we are hiring a captain waiter in County of Ceredigion, Wales. You will coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; clear and reset tables between covers. What we are looking for: • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner Six days a week, one day off. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
