Incoming goods inspector wanted in Union County

Immediate opening: we are hiring an incoming goods inspector in Union County, Ohio. The job is on a garment production line. On a typical shift you will inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting; compare components against approved samples and engineering drawings; measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges; escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer; record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts; check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch. Ideal candidate: • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade Full-time, day shift. Overtime paid at a premium rate.
