Vacancy available: we are hiring a car refinisher in Ohio County, Indiana. You will be based at a dealership paint shop. The role involves set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish; blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair; mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio; sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting; apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels; compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss. You should have: • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
