We are recruiting: roofing technician (Washington)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a roofing technician in Spokane County, Washington. You will work on re-roofing and repair jobs. On the job you will handle: • Strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck • Nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses • Seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing • Insulate and ventilate the roof void • Erect and dismantle roof edge protection and scaffolding • Fix clay and concrete tiles onto the battens Requirements: • Strong enough to lift tile packs and felt rolls all day • Willing to work outdoors in all weather • Able to read roof pitch and set the falls $4,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
