Urgent requirement: we are hiring a smash repairer in McKean County, Pennsylvania. You will work in a smash repair workshop. Ideal candidate: • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports • Steady hand for filler work and block sanding • Attention to detail and a clean, even finish Day-to-day duties: • Read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates • Buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections • MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place • Replace damaged doors, wings, bonnets and bumpers • Strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair • Mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour Full-time with occasional weekends.
