Concrete shuttering carpenter wanted in Graves County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a concrete shuttering carpenter in Graves County, Kentucky. On a typical shift you will fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints; strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured; fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure; de-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse; brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour; apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting. You should have: • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing 5+ years on the tools preferred. We offer $2,500 per project plus benefits.
