Urgent requirement: we are hiring a formwork carpenter in Bolivar County, Mississippi. The job is on a bridge and flyover project. What we are looking for: • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts • Follows site safety, PPE and edge-protection rules On the job you will handle: • Check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line • Brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour • Set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking • Assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN) • Fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure • Box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations Part-time with flexible hours.
