Back-of-house cleaner • Silame, Sokoto State

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Silame, Sokoto State. You will be based in a hospital canteen. The role involves: • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method Ideal candidate: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure 4+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. We offer ₦290,000 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
