Glass and glazing technician — Madison County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a glass and glazing technician in Madison County, Georgia. Day-to-day duties: • Secure glass with glazing beads, clips and points • Read drawings and setting-out details for glazing layouts • Apply putty, silicone and glazing tape to bed the glass • Measure window and door openings and order glass to size • Install toughened and laminated safety glass • Fit double-glazed sealed units into frames What we are looking for: • Aware of safe glass handling and PPE such as cut-resistant gloves • Physically fit, able to stand and lift throughout the shift At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
