Vacancy available: fry cook (Louisiana)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a fry cook in Evangeline Parish, Louisiana. What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets You will check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; prepare the mise en place before each service. Pay around $18 per hour, based on your experience. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
