Now hiring: we are hiring a motor grader operator in Lee County, Arkansas. Your main tasks: • Load and unload the machine on and off the low-loader safely • Backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations • Level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines • Work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals • Carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension • Top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects You should have: • Knowledge of pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance • Willing to work at remote sites and mines on a roster • Awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures 6+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. $4,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
