Urgent requirement: we are hiring a cook in Washington County, Missouri. You will be based in a catering banquet kitchen. You should have: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Day to day you will cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift. At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours. Meals and transport allowance provided. Pay around $4,100 per month, based on your experience.
