Now hiring: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State. You will work at a roadside dhaba. On the job you will handle: • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Prepare the mise en place before each service What we are looking for: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Full-time with occasional weekends.
