Urgent requirement: renovation plasterer (Virginia)

Now hiring: we are hiring a renovation plasterer in Henry County, Virginia. You will be based at a plastering and dry lining contractor. Your main tasks: • Apply tanking and renovating plaster to damp walls • Mix gypsum plaster and cement render to a workable consistency • Set up trestles and scaffold boards for ceiling work • Apply bonding and browning undercoats to brickwork and blockwork • Dub out hollows and uneven areas before skimming • Tape and joint plasterboard seams with scrim and filler You should have: • Able to mix plaster to the right consistency by feel • Own set of trowels, floats, hawk and buckets At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
