Powder spray gun operator • Yakurr, Cross River State

Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Yakurr, Cross River State. You will be based on an industrial coating line. The role involves: • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well You should have: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
