Aluminium tig welder wanted in Albany County

Immediate opening: we are hiring an aluminium tig welder in Albany County, Wyoming. You will be based at a stainless steel fabrication shop. The role involves select the tungsten type and gas cup size to suit the job; control heat input so thin sheet does not warp; read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters; feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle; weld stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel in thin gauges. What we are looking for: • Own basic hand tools and PPE • Able to read isometric and fabrication drawings • Valid welder certification (ASME IX / ISO 9606 an advantage) Part-time with flexible hours.
