Great opportunity: we are hiring a marble mason in Ventura County, California. You should have: • Own hand tools an advantage • Steady hand for edge profiling and a fine polished finish • Able to read measurements, templates and cutting lists On the job you will handle: • Polish stone surfaces to a high gloss using diamond pads and polishing compound • Work from cutting lists and installation drawings • Fix marble cladding to building facades with anchors and clamps • Cut marble and granite slabs on a bridge saw with diamond blades • Grind and hone uneven floors flat before the final polish • Level and align slabs so joints stay tight and surfaces sit flat At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
