What we are looking for: • Smartphone with a working data connection for the delivery app • Basic reading and number skills to handle addresses and cash The role involves sort failed deliveries and arrange a re-attempt or return to the hub; call or message customers to confirm the address and drop-off point; keep the delivery bag and box clean and hygienic for food orders; collect parcels and documents from the despatch hub at the start of each shift.
