Great opportunity: we are hiring a demolition labourer in Jay County, Indiana. You will be based with a civil contractor. Requirements: • Able to lift and carry heavy loads such as 50 kg cement bags all day • Prior experience as a labourer on building or civil sites • Wear safety helmet, boots and gloves at all times The role involves fix and strip shuttering and formwork for beams and columns; wheel barrows of rubble to the skip and keep the site clean; stack and store materials safely to avoid wastage; pour and spread concrete, then compact it with a poker vibrator.
