Great opportunity: we are hiring an AC installation technician in Borough of Rochdale, England. The job is at a busy AC installation company. Requirements: • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolds • Presentable and polite with customers on site • Physically fit to lift outdoor units and work in tight spaces On a typical shift you will insulate the suction line with Armaflex nitrile sleeving; clean filters, blower wheels and condenser coils during servicing; core-drill through brick and concrete walls to route the refrigerant piping; fault-find on PCBs, sensors and compressors with a multimeter; commission the unit and test cooling, heating and airflow; recover the refrigerant before dismantling or relocating a unit. At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
