Join our team: we are hiring a stamping press operator in Aroostook County, Maine. On a typical shift you will carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor; set up and change stamping dies and tooling; adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings; fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting; watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts. Ideal candidate: • Able to read engineering drawings and job cards • Can use vernier calipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
