We are recruiting: we are hiring a bread baker in North East Lincolnshire, England. Day to day you will pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them. You should have: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • 2+ years' experience as a baker 4+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts.
