Powder spray gun operator — Wyandot County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Wyandot County, Ohio. You will work in a metal finishing workshop. What we are looking for: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Willing to work shifts and overtime Your main tasks: • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
