Urgent requirement: we are hiring a furniture maker in Ibeju Lekki, Lagos State. The job is at a kitchen and furniture manufacturer. What we are looking for: • Accurate to fine tolerances on finish work • Sound knowledge of timber types, grades and fixings • Physically fit to lift, kneel and work at height Day-to-day duties: • Install skirting boards, architraves and dado rails • Hang internal and external doors, fitting hinges, locks and handles • Apply edge banding, veneers and laminate to board • Erect formwork and shuttering for concrete pours At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
