Restoration bricklayer • Tulsa County, Oklahoma

Great opportunity: we are hiring a restoration bricklayer in Tulsa County, Oklahoma. The job is on a busy housing site. You should have: • Physically fit for lifting bricks and blocks all day • Able to lay to line, level and plumb consistently • NVQ Level 2 in Bricklaying an advantage On the job you will handle: • Cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder • Building cavity walls and bedding in wall ties and insulation • Setting out walls from the drawings and marking the brick gauge • Raking out and tooling the joints to a struck or bucket-handle finish • Checking every course for height and level with a gauge rod • Installing damp-proof courses, lintels and cavity trays Full-time with occasional weekends.
