Elevator technician — Etim Ekpo

Vacancy available: we are hiring an elevator technician in Etim Ekpo, Akwa Ibom State. Ideal candidate: • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate • Ability to read electrical and wiring schematics • Willing to join the on-call/emergency breakdown rota Day-to-day duties: • Adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy • Install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway • Fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments • Fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork • Measure rope tension and check for broken strands Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
