Great opportunity: we are hiring a brickwork mason in Sandwell, England. You will work at a groundworks and structures site. The role involves brushing the wall down and removing mortar snots as you go; buttering the perpends and tapping each brick down to the gauge; pointing and repointing weathered mortar joints; erecting and working off trestles and scaffold lifts. You should have: • Physically fit for lifting bricks and blocks all day • Proven experience laying facing and engineering bricks • Own trowel, spirit level and basic hand tools Rotating shifts.
