LGV Class 1 driver • Franklin County, Virginia

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a LGV Class 1 driver in Franklin County, Virginia. Requirements: • Willing to take on night and multi-day trips • Clean driving record with no recent endorsements • Good knowledge of driving-hours and tachograph rules On the job you will handle: • Log working hours on the tachograph and swap driver cards • Complete delivery notes, CMR paperwork and proof-of-delivery • Operate tail-lifts and pump trucks during loading and unloading • Check load weight and axle distribution against permitted limits • Keep a safe following distance, adjusting for weather and load • Couple and uncouple the trailer and check the fifth-wheel lock We offer $5,100 per month plus benefits.
