The role involves: • Guide loads through tight openings into their final position • Coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller • Select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight • Read lift plans and method statements before starting • Secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists Requirements: • Sound knowledge of working load limits and sling angles • Comfortable working at height and in confined spaces Six days a week, one day off.
