Now hiring: we are hiring a turning centre operator in Anderson County, South Carolina. You should have: • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls • Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 20 kg • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred Day to day you will read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances; top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed; adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish; check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet.
