Back-of-house cleaner wanted in Florence County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Florence County, South Carolina. The job is in a hotel kitchen. Day-to-day duties: • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks Requirements: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure Rotating shifts.
