Urgent requirement: we are hiring a furniture maker in Brighton and Hove, England. You will work on a busy construction site. The role involves: • Check work for level, plumb and square with a spirit level • Measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge • Finish surfaces with varnish, wax, lacquer or wood stain • Read and work from architectural drawings and cutting lists You should have: • Able to read technical drawings and cutting lists • At least 2 years' hands-on carpentry experience Full-time with occasional weekends.
