Requirements: • Good eyesight for fine sheet-metal work • Able to pass a weld test on the spot • Sound knowledge of argon gas settings and tungsten selection Your main tasks: • Grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish • Feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool • Select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel • Keep the arc length and travel speed consistent 1+ years on the tools preferred.
