Vacancy available: we are hiring an uPVC window fabricator in Nueces County, Texas. The job is at a glazing and fabrication factory. The role involves: • Check the frame for square by measuring the diagonals • Cut and weld mullions and transoms into the frame • Fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam • Crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame • Take site measurements of openings before fabrication Ideal candidate: • Confident on the double-mitre saw, welder and corner-cleaning machine • Driving licence for measure-up and site-fitting visits 5+ years on the tools preferred.
