Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Damaturu, Yobe State. The job is in a catering unit. You should have: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers The role involves: • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils Full-time with occasional weekends.
