We are recruiting: we are hiring a steward in Spink County, South Dakota. On a typical shift you will polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method. Requirements: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Punctual, reliable and hard-working Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
