Immediate opening: we are hiring a dent repair specialist in Mono County, California. You should have: • Able to set up and use a frame/jig straightening bench • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement Day-to-day duties: • Read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates • Straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains • Check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull • Pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder • Buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections • MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place Performance bonus on top of base pay.
