Urgent requirement: we are hiring an uPVC window fabricator in Clark County, Missouri. What we are looking for: • Driving licence for measure-up and site-fitting visits • Accurate measuring and squaring to within a couple of millimetres Your main tasks: • Crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame • Install finished windows and doors, pack and anchor-fix them, then foam and silicone the perimeter • Fit espagnolette locking gear, friction hinges, handles and keeps to the sash • Fit fly screens, sills and trickle vents • Drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame • Take site measurements of openings before fabrication Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
