Rebar fixer wanted in Phillips County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a rebar fixer in Phillips County, Kansas. You will work on a civil engineering bridge and roads site. Day to day you will lift and land prefabricated cages with the crane and banksman; assemble column and beam cages on the bench; fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover; tie bar intersections with binding wire using a tie hook or pliers; fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings; set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift. Requirements: • Valid site safety card and PPE (helmet, boots, gloves) • Aware of concrete cover and tolerance requirements Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
